For those seeking a more intimate experience, try the Secret Garden, and for fun outdoor dining, check out the recently opened Mill Street Draft Garden.

Proximity to Military Bases and Washington DC

One of Occoquan's most appealing aspects is its strategic location. It's a mere 20-minute drive to Fort Belvoir. Additionally, a reverse commute to Quantico takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes. However, it's worth noting that I-95's traffic patterns can be unpredictable, so plan accordingly. For those heading into Washington DC, there are convenient options available such as the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) and OmniRide.
